OUR WAY
Through training, coaching and mentorship we aim at conducting a comprehensive review of a strategic plan and assessing its alignment with organisational goals for ensuring that an organisation is on track to achieve its long-term vision. We examine how well the strategic plan addresses both the internal and external factors that influence the organisation and whether the actions, objectives, and initiatives support the mission, vision, and values of the organisation. Its outcome, is to strengthen the organisations operational efficiency and effectiveness.
